Founded Sinokrot Holding in 1982, active in food, agriculture, tourism and trade, and serves as its chairman and CEO.

Born in Jerusalem on 30 November 1954, he studied industrial engineering at Nottingham and was minister of national economy from February 2005 to March 2006. He chairs Al-Quds Holding.
